Mr. Anand Uchil had earlier served in Voltas Limited for several years and was responsible for starting the Window Airconditioner Department in Hyderabad in the year 1956.

Sairam Airconditioning Company was one the first sales and service dealer in Hyderabad. The company handles sales and services of window, split ductable split, package airconditioning and water coolers. Many corporate and individuals continue to be regular clients.

The company also undertakes works contract for Forced Ventilation and Evaporative Cooling (Air Cooling).

In 37 years we have specialized in designing different types of projects for human comfort, in large auditoriums, factories, hotels, laboratories, museums, offices, printing press, residences, shops, textile showrooms, departmental stores and cinema theatres in several districts in ten states of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu Several repeat orders are testimony of our design and workmanship.

The first plant was designed and installed in 1973 for a cinema theatre in Secunderabad. The plant installed is in operation, even after nearly 37 years. Mr. R.V. Simha an airconditioning expert who is one of the leading consultant, guided the designing for this project and many subsequent projects. The blow through concept of air cooling was pioneered by us in India. With this concept we are able to give a long life to the plants. The cooling comforts is as good as Airconditioning in hot and dry climatic conditions.
